I spend a sunny day on the Kunduz River together with a few fisher friends while the fishermen try to fill their nets.

Some fishermen from the Qal-i-Zal district are currently working in the Kunduz River near Char Gul Tepa. Their catch that day was rather small, after four hours they had a catfish and a small bream in their net. The fishermen live in the Qal-i-Zal district, do not only work as fishermen, most of them have a farm and also cultivate rice and grain.

In the evening there was a dinner in one of the courtyards and the catfish was of course also served | #Afghanistann
