Cool feet and Tajine

The Ourika Valley in the High Atlas is a popular destination for the people of Marrakesh, especially during the hot summer months. So the inhabitants of the valley have grabbed every possible corner of the Ourika River and built small or large restaurants there. Most of the restaurants serve tajine dishes, which are prepared on a charcoal grill. In the background, Mohammed VI, the King of Morocco, watches over his citizens. | Morocco
