The little pond paradise
Swan flower (Butomus umbellatus), also known as the flower rush, is a marsh plant protected by NABU with striking, pink umbellate flowers. It grows every year on the banks of ponds and slow-flowing waters, as well as in our pond.
The delicate flowers in the foreground perfectly frame the idyllic reflection of the sky in the pond.
It looks like such a peaceful and natural spot.
