Except for the occasional caw from the crows, this composition creates an eerie silence! The lichen and other textures give a sense of the age of these headstones.

auch die jüngeren Steine sind schon sehr alt
auf diesem Teil des Kirchengrundstücks denkt niemand mehr an einen Mesnchen, den er noch selber kannte.
Sehenswürdig, vermutlich mit blauer Plakette
Geschichten über einen “versehentlichen” Mord auf dem Friedhof und wie man damals den Täter bestrafte.
