FrogPuzzle

On the banks of our pond: The pond frog is relatively closely tied to waters all year round. The animals also undertake longer shore excursions and overwinter predominantly in burrows or similar. Permanent, water-bearing and open still waters are preferred as spawning and living waters, especially ponds and semi-natural ponds, where the frogs can sunbathe on the edge of the bank or on water lily leaves and keep an eye out for insects. In case of danger, they jump into the water in a typical water frog manner with a wide leap and hide in the mud.

  1. I confess it took me a few seconds to see the frogs. They are very well camouflaged with the surrounding environment.
Excellent opportunity and very well used.
