Blue natural wonders

My daily companions in PaAuk Monastery: Two blue-headed calotes, a lizard species that mainly occurs in Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar, fight on a tree for their territory.

The blue-headed Calotes, or beautiful lizard, lives mainly on small invertebrates and other prey that it can overpower. The blue head Calotes can reach a length of up to 40 centimetres and an age of up to 10 years, the lizard owes its name to its colouring | Myanmar
