Early in the morning on the summit of Zwegabin Monastery, which should be climbed as early as possible as it gets too hot later in the day. In the early morning you also have the chance for a spectacular sunrise and meet the monks at their first meditation in front of the pagoda.

The mountain Zwegabin with its unusual form, rises steeply with nearly 800 m from the plain. On the summit there is the monastery and a large golden pagoda. For the ascent I needed about two and a half hours, but the effort is worthwhile, the view is always | Myanmar

    But the scenery, undoubtedly, is stunning.
