Salty Pine Scent

Near the place Praia de Quiaios at the Atlantic coast: In the year 2003 one could still stand here wildly with his camper and had felt the whole dune section and the Atlantic alone | Portugal

The shot was taken with my first digital camera (Kyocera Finecam), resolution and quality are of course no longer comparable with today's material.

A night like any other Morning Air

  1. What you may not know is that all the pine trees that currently exist in Portugal are descended from some that were brought from France by order of a Portuguese king around the year of 1300. Until then, there were no pines of this species in Portugal.

    1. Oh, I didn’t know that fact, thx for that information. In my eyes a good idea, the area was so lovely with these trees!
