...at a construction site in Kabul: The first steps for a new building in the Shar-e-Naw district have begun. The cellar is currently being walled up. I was surprised that no concrete columns or similar were installed. Kabul is located in an earthquake zone where small or stronger earthquakes are recorded every week. The building behind it clearly has cracks in the wall. Two years later a four-storey building stands on the same spot. | Afghanistan
