A little Kuchi boy is posing in the desert of Qalay-i-Zal with his self-made kite in front of the tents of his family. The stick he needs to herding of the sheeps. The Afghan nomads in the region live here in the winter and spring months, then the herds have here enough to eat in the Green season | Afghanistan
The kite is basically the flag of Ireland.
