Hot Food
During one of our visits to the village of Char Gul Tepa, the villagers invited us to a meal in the desert of Qal-i-Zal. A cooking area was dug out especially for this purpose and the cook immediately started to sizzle after a fire was lit under the cooking pot.
In the end, we had a really good meal at more than forty degrees outside temperature: rice, lamb, vegetables, all really tasty, was then served on a carpet on the floor. | Afghanistan
Given the size of the pot, it could feed a crowd.
Very beautiful portrait.
