Anchor chain of the Cap San Diego: Now a museum ship in Hamburg harbour, the ship, built in 1961, was once a freighter belonging to the Hamburg Süd shipping company and mainly transported goods between Europe and South America. Today, the Cap San Diego invites visitors to immerse themselves in maritime history and experience life on board a cargo ship up close. With its white hull and striking shape, it is a popular landmark in Hamburg and a living symbol of the city's long tradition of port and shipping.
