Garden in Hüttblek: Box hedges are very popular and practical in garden design, because these evergreen shrubs offer many advantages. They have a fresh green and they grow equally well in sun and shade.

They are also easy to shape and keep, as they grow relatively slowly. Boxwood only needs to be pruned once or twice a year. Exceptions are special topiary or figures (sphere, cone, cylinder, animal figures, etc.). These need to be pruned more often so that they retain their contours.
