Barefoot on the beach

What seems so contemplative in reality is a simple, hard life on the beach. The fishermen at the coast of the Andaman Sea live in bamboo huts under unpretentious and simple conditions. Every day they have to fish the livelihood out of the sea, every day a little struggle for survival.

Despite the difficult conditions, people are satisfied and can cope with their life situation, one reason for this is their Buddhist philosophy of life. | Myanmar
