During a short stopover in the Turkish metropolis, I strolled through a food market.
Here in the north, these fish would probably be called sprats.
Quite a wide variety of seafood at this stand.
Shrimp without end, preferably fresh with garlic and parsley...
What an incredible display of seafood in that second shot!
For a vegan it will be a cruel place, for those who like to eat fish (like me), it will be a multitude of good choices.
