In the morning in the Cinque Terre village of Riomaggiore, the colourful facades of the interlocking houses are typical of the Ligurian villages.
Riomaggiore, with 1353 inhabitants, is the easternmost of the five villages of the Cinque Terre. Numerous hiking trails start around the village in the steep mountains.
The life of the residents mainly takes place along the street leading upwards. This is where the numerous shops, cafés and restaurants are located. Of course, everything is now geared towards tourism. | Italy

Häuser alle um die 100 Jahre alt (oder älter?)
Bau- und Veränderungsverbot
teils nur knapp 4 breite, aber rd.18 m hoche Gebäude (gemessen mit “Augenmaß”)
was passiert, wenn die ersten Häuser zu alt für Sanierungsmaßnahmen und unbewohnbar werden ?

Ich glaube, die sind wesentlich älter, Riomaggiore, das 5. Dorf wurde schon im 7. Jahrhundert gegründet … klar, dann wurden die viele Häuser mal später gebaut, aber wohl schon älter als 100 Jahre …
natürlich ! es heisst ja nicht umsonst CINQUE-terre!
Das Problem wird also nicht kleiner.
Falls ich noch etwas dazu finde, trage ich es nach.
