Danke für die Anregung, mich einmal etwas mit der burmesischen Küche zu beschäftigen. Chili wird dort wirklich löffelweise verwendet.
Dann kann es doch eigentlich nicht so höllisch scharf sein, wie das hier angebotene Chilipulver, oder??
(sorry : ich weiß, dass das hier kein food-blog ist. Aber gute Bilder machen eben neugierig ;-)))

Die burmesische Küche ist gar nicht so scharf, Chili gibt es ja in den unterschiedlichsten Schärfen…
