The safe Light

The lighthouse on Sylt was built in the years 1912 and 1913 as a cross light to warn of a sandbank in the entrance to Lister Tief, in order to have a supplement for the main light in Kampen. The brick tower, opened in 1913, is the earliest concrete tower on the German coast.
